– Background and Bio –

After many years working for others, I discovered it was time to work for myself. I’ve worked in various settings over the years; customer service, music teacher, mental health therapist, middle and executive management, business owner.

In the end, I craved balance and pleasure in my life. I decided to return to my authentic self, and opened a private counseling practice in January of 2015.

Teri Beemer Telehealth Therapist & Counselor

Through my personal and professional experiences, I truly believe everyone can heal.

We have the internal wisdom within ourselves to recover, once we cut out the external noise and expectations of others.

Through Telehealth Video Conferencing, I help people who can’t attend services because their schedule is too busy, they live in rural parts of the state, or may be home-bound.

After all, not everyone chooses to live in a metropolitan area, where there are many services to choose from.

Counseling services should be available to everyone, not just those who can easily drive to the counselor’s office.

When I’m not working, I’m usually hiking in this beautiful land of the Pacific Northwest. I also enjoy music, live theater, gardening, yoga, weight lifting; and hanging out with my cats Ping and Oscar.
